All custom orders are final sale once production has commenced and are

• NON- REFUNDABLE,
• NON-CANCELABLE and
• NON-RETURNABLE 

By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Plank Hardwoods and must be expressly authorized in writing.

PRE-INSTALLATION NOTE: Applicable to all orders.
-Installation of wood flooring IS ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIAL; Once Installed there is no remedy for replacement or refund. It is the Clients responsibility to review & approve the Material prior to installation.

20% RESTOCK FEE: applicable to all STOCKING goods sold
-When returned within 21-days of purchase; After 21-days no returns or Refunds are offered, unless product is deemed DEFECTIVE per PLANK HARDWOODS.
-Must be unopened & AS NEW
-Client must return to PLANK warehouse
-Freight Charges May Apply.
